Polycrystalline diamond powder

Also known as polycrystalline diamond is a synthetic diamond, as compared with the single crystal diamond,  abrasive wheels  diamond synthesized by an explosion, and more crystal edge with the grinding surface, the polishing process have each edge grinding grain force, and the coarse particles in the grinding process will be broken into smaller particles fall off, so that Diamond blade  maintain continuous grinding force, but also easy to cause scratches. Not only has the hardness of diamond, but also easy to cause scratches, especially for high-precision machining hard materials such as sapphire substrates, optical crystals, superhard ceramics.
